


I didn't finish work until midnight, so, sorry for the late start. When tracking food consumption for dieting I tend to follow the Body for Life system, which breaks down to six smaller meals a day. For this thirty one day challenge that's what I'll try to do.For breakfast I started with a bowl of Lean Crunch cereal(Kashi).
Lunch consisted of coffee with a whole wheat ham sandwich.
Snack was a handful of snow peas.
Dinner was chicken lettuce wraps.
Final snack was a banana.
Day one done, thirty more to go.
