So I'm vegetarian: forgot to mention that. I also, for the most part, eat local. In the case of animal products I give preference to free range and so on, especially when I buy for home.
Anyways,
Oatmeal for breakfast. With tea.
Sushi for lunch. Nom nom nom. Then a nectarine. Few glasses of water here and there.
Veggie burger for dinner. A Charleston Chew later on. Another cup of tea.
