Sifu Brinker - Day 4

Something I did not expect to notice with this forced eating awareness is how many meals I skip. I knew I did once in a while but it is definitely more than I expected.

I started today with two poached eggs, a couple of english muffins and a bit of cheese. Some of you may know this from it's less popular name - 2 Egg McMuffins. I washed that down with an orange juice.

My lunch consisted of a whole wheat chicken, lettuce, and cheese wrap with a side of raw peas and blueberries. BEAGLES LOVE BLUEBERRIES!!

For some reason, after two consecutive days of green onion cakes, my daughter had a bunch of green onion cakes waiting for me when I got home. So supper consisted of won ton soup with green onion cakes again. I hope to break the cycle tomorrow.

Oh, the only beverage I drank today beyond the orange juice was water. Lots of it.

PS - I had some cheese and crackers yesterday but forgot so I am coming clean today.
