Dietary Restriction: dairy allergy so no diary in any form or particle
Dietary Goal: 50% or more foods raw

Water consumed throughout the day.

Breakfast:
soymilk latte
Bowl of granola with strawberries and 1/2 banana

Lunch:
green smoothie with strawberries, banana and spinach
"survival" cookie

Early supper:
We decided to treat ourselves and go out for supper.
Atlantic cod fish and chips
Sweet tea (US version of iced tea) which tastes like tea that is sweetened. Different from our
iced tea and it's good

Snack:
bowl of chili
small handful of corn chips
congo bar (raw)


Day 9 August 9, 2010

Water consumed throughout the day.

Breakfast:
soymilk latte
bowl of granola with strawberries and 1/2 banana

Lunch:
2 hamburgers (I was hungry from the heat :)
marinated veggie salad

Supper:
spaghetti and meatballs with marinara sauce and bun

Snack:
Luna bar: caramel nut brownie flavor
about 1/3 cup candies walnuts (raw)

Day 10 August 10, 2010

LOTS of water consumed throughout the day

Breakfast:
4 slices of bacon

Lunch:
foot long hoagie sandwich

Supper:
2 Pieces with of BBQ chicken with yummy Kevin's fries

Snack:
1 Bacardi Black with coke
4 or 5 pieces of Bassets Licorice
