So, for breakfast I had scrambled egg whites and two pieces of brown toast with one cup of coffee.
Didn't have a morning snack; lunch was a beef and rice bowl with vegetables with a little bit of teriyaki sauce.
Then the popcorn got the best of me.
For a snack later on I had a Myoplex bar.
Dinner was grilled chicken with brown rice and stir fried vegetables.
The last snack of the day was a banana and some Lean Crunch.
Seems like I'm eating a lot, but I'm truly just trying to speed up my metabolism to trick my body into thinking it's always full with the smaller meals so it burns more calories. I'm also trying to consume 4 litres of water a day.
I'm feeling pretty optimistic about continuing on with this challenge for the month.
