A good start:

1 cup each of St. Albert Farmer's market blueberries, and cereal, with 1/2 cup milk.

1 lg. St. albert Farmer's market tomatoe, 1 sm. avocado, 1\4 cup roasted unsalted sesame seeds, vinagrette.

Handful of saskatoons from back forty.
DQ Peanut Buster Pafait (special bonding moment with Janet).

Toss salad consisting of lettuce from our garden, St. Albert Farmer's market yellow pepper, cukes, and spring onions, with vinagrette. Bert's special barbeque pork rib with spicy mango dipping sauce. 1 st. albert farmer's market peach.
