Breakfast : Cereal lean crunch with table spoon of peanut butter
Snack: Coffee
Lunch: Missed
Dinner: Chicken BBQ on green salad.
Snack:Popcorn
Day 12
Breakfast: Raisin Bran
Snack: Half whey shake
Lunch: Shrimp Tacos
Dinner: My dads birthday so not so good. Finger food buffet.
With glass of red wine. Cheese, crackers, quiche, and veggies.
Need to eat a few more smaller meals during my day.
