No name brand frosted flakes for breakfast, with soy milk. Water to drink.
Then a grilled panini with tomato, mozzarella, onions asparagus and herbed mayo. Drank a happy planet smoothie...thing. Overpriced but tasty/healthy.
Some pad thai for dinner. Juice to drink.
A veggie dog for second dinner at a late night bbq. Also chips and a glass of root beer.
ps- I drink a fair amount of water during the day besides mealtimes. I should probably mention that.
