Sifu Regier. August 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th.

August 6th

Breakfast
  • 3 glasses of water
  • 1 cup of flavored instant coffee
  • 4 scrambled eggs, with tomatos, celery, onion and a sprinkle of cheese

Lunch

  • 1/2 cup of raw carrots
  • 1/2 cup of blueberry trail mix
  • 1 bun with chicken breast and lettuce (trace of miracle whip)
  • 1 mixed berry juice box
  • 1 liter of water

Supper

  • remainder of lunch, on the road - 1 bun with chicken breast and lettuce (trace of miracle whip)
  • returned home - too much heat today, not very hungry - 1 all beef hot dog (no bun) with hot sauce - 1 potato perogy
  • 3 glasses of water
  • 2 crab apples

August 7th

Breakfast

  • 3 glasses of water
  • a bowl of granola with milk, topped with 1/4 cup of pineapple
  • handful of grapes

Lunch

  • 2 bns with ham (just meat)
  • carrot muffin
  • 1 plum
  • 2 cookies
  • 1 liter of water

16:00

  • 1 liter of water
  • 10 crab apples

Supper

  • healthy portion of salmon (cooked on the barbeque)
  • 1 cup raw carrots and peas
  • brown rice
  • 2 cups of water
  • homemade cake (my boys made for our wedding anniversary) with ice cream
  • 1/2 cup of orange juice

August 8th

Breakfast

  • 3 glasses of water
  • 1 cup of herbal tea
  • 1 bowl of banana nut cheerios
  • 1 english muffin, poached egg and slice of ham

Lunch

  • 2 buns - one with chicken, lettuce and cheese - one with ham, lettuce and cheese
  • handful of almonds
  • 6 crab apples
  • 1/2 cup of raw carrots
  • 1 liter of water

16:00

  • small slice of homemade orange cake
  • 1 glass of lemonade

Supper

  • hage garden salad (small amount of calorie wise dressing, thinned with lemon juice
  • 1 cup of chilli (lots assorted beans)

21:30

  • piece of apple, grapes
  • 2 glasses of water

August 9th

Breakfast

  • 3 glasses of water
  • 2 cups of watery coffee
  • bowl of raisin bran with milk

Lunch

  • 1 1/2 chicken sandwiches with tomato, cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of grapes
  • banana
  • handful of almonds
  • 1/4 cup of cucumber
  • 1 liter of water

Supper

  • 12 inch Subway tuna sub on whole wheat (loaded with all veggies)
  • green iced tea

21:00

  • 3 glasses of water
  • 1 50ml low calorie fudgeicle
