Sifu Regier - August 10th and 11th

August 10th

Breakfast
  • 3 glasses of water
  • 2 small pieces of rye toast with just peanut butter
  • 1 bowl of Life cereal with milk

11:00 - cup of water

Lunch

  • 1 salami sandwich on rye, with cheddar cheese
  • 1 peach
  • peanut granola bar
  • carrot and walnut muffin
  • 2 cups of water

14:00 - cup of water

Supper

  • bowl of mushroom soup
  • 1 liter of water
  • Philly chicken sandwich

19:30 - 1- 50ml calorie wise fudgeicle

21:00 - 2 cups of water

August 10th

Breakfast

  • 3 glasses of water
  • 50ml container of yogurt
  • 2 pieces of raisin whole grain toast with blackberry jam
  • 1 cup of hot chocolate
  • 2 boiled eggs

11:00 - 1/2 of a Aero chocolate bar, 2 cups of water, 1 cup of milk

12:00 - 1/2 cup of snap peas

14:00 - other half of chocolate bar, one cup of water

Supper

  • 3/4 liter of water
  • large bowl of wor wonton soup

20:00 - 2 cups of water
