lunch: 2 sandwiches: whole wheat buns, cheese, pickles, assorted lunch meat
snack: aprox. 40 grams of almonds
supper: shish kabob's - chicken, red peppers, purple onions, ceasar salad
1 peice of choc. birthday cake.
Aug 2nd- 7:30 am - 2 kashi bars and a cup of coffee before wakebording
2nd breakfast: pancakes and sausages
lunch: 2 hot dogs (yuck) and two tomatoes to balance out the dogs
snack: a couple handfuls of saskatoons fresh off the tree
supper: bowtie pasta with chicken in a lemon sauce, ceasar salad.
snack: 3 homemade cookies with milk.
