Sifu Prince: Day 8

Breakfast: Kashi bar and a coffee.

Lunch: Veggie sandwich - grilled peppers mushrooms zucchini, tomatoes goat cheese and something else I forget - read Andy's post. water

Snack: cherries

Supper: Salmon (baked on the BBQ in tin foil), Garden salad w/ cream-vinegar dressing, potatoes, tomatoes. A piece of saskatoon crumble with a little ice cream.

Snack by the fire: A couple of handfuls of trial mix and some pin cherries. Are you supposed to eat trail mix if your on a trail or are the ingredients found along some trail? Although I don't know on what trail you would find almonds and dried fruits.
