11:00 - cut up pineapple
13:00 - loose leaf green tea
15:00 - Brown rice with almonds and a container of raw garden carrots
18:30 - 2 bananas
19:30 - Omlet with eggs (of course), onion, green pepper, zucchini, cheese, and mushrooms
21:30 - A few 100% whole wheat bagels with a little homemade crabapple jelly and a glass of milk
At least 3 liters of water
