sifu Brinker - Day 13

Again, not a typical day (thank God).

Breakfast - 250 ml or so of yogurt with two bananas mixed in.
Lunch - Turkey Smokie
Snack - ice cream cone
Supper - veggie burger with salad
Snack - ice cream cone

All washed down with lots and lots of water.
