Day Five/Six: Brady Young

I missed yesterday on account of working until midnight and then not having access to the internet until tonight.

Missed morning breakfast and snack, had cereal for lunch, then I had chicken breast and vegetables for a mid-afternoon meal. For dinner I had a Filipino pork and rice dish, I'm pretty sure it was healthy, that's what they told me anyways. Aside from 3 cups of coffee and three plus litres of water that was it for the day.

Today started off great. I had Lean Crunch cereal for breakfast, and another pork stir fry for lunch.
Dinner kind of went a bit off track. I had hummus and pita bread, and then jambalaya with half a piece of some white starchy bread. I also had a pre dinner apple cider and a post dinner apple cider. This is what would be called a "cheat day" in Body for Life.
