Sifu Brinker - Day 2

Being more cognizant of what I am eating has pushed me to reduce my meat intake. I have been a vegetarian in the past for over 10 years but began introducing meat into my diet in a misguided attempt to increase my protein intake after a bunch of injuries. I lost a bunch of muscle mass last year about the same time I went off meat for a month so I will stay vigilant to ensure everything stays balanced as I replaced my meat protein from other sources. Today's weight is 89 kilograms.

Not a great nutrition day as I was out and about for most of the day. I had two egg sandwiches for brunch and green onion cakes and vegetarian spring rolls for supper. Went to a movie and consumed a bag of popcorn without butter. Got a feeling this month is going to a brutal wake up call when it comes to the amount of popcorn I consume.

  1. What's wrong with popcorn? I am going to Amish Country Popcorn in Indiana to by old fashioned popping corn that comes in blue, red, orange, black, white, and purple.
    By the way, don't normal people buy their popcorn in 50 pound bags?
