This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month.
Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

August 8 Sifu Hayes
0700 hrs Ham and eggs 2 toast and coffee 1400 hrs cheese, rice, crackers, salsa during 4 hrs bicycling 30 km on Edmonton river valley trails. 1900 hrs BBQ steak, fresh potatoes,carrots, beets, onions and fresh salad
Four hours?? Thirty kilometers??? What gear were you in?
