breakfast-avocado with lime, kashi bar and 2 coffee
lunch- grilled veggie sandwich (best sandwich ever-see previous posts)
snack- cherries. handful trail mix
dinner- salmon garden potatoes and peas, 1 kahlua on ice, saskatoon crumble with ice cream
snack- handful trail mix, english muffin and herbal tea
august 9th
breakfast- 1 tomato, fried leftover potatoes, 2 coffee
snack- banana and a kashi bar
lunch- brown rice with leftover teriyaki chicken, carrots, green onions
snack-6 pretzel sticks, brown rice crackers with goat cheese
dinner- coconut pepper chicken with brown rice and sliced cucumbers
snack- I'm making popcorn again!
I'm headed out camping again, so it will be 3 days until I post again. I'll do my best to eat well while camping!
