breakfast- travel mug of coffee, kashi bar
snack- banana and a few cherries
lunch- homemade vegetable soup with carrots, all kinds of beans, napa cabbage, tomatoes and some whole wheat biscuits that Teagan insisted we can't have soup without.
snack- 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 2 chocolate chip cookies
dinner- grilled teriyaki chicken breast with garden snow peas and garden potatoes
snack- nachos with cheese, green onions, hot peppers and salsa, 2 cookies- it was a bit of a junk night with the movie.
Headed out to go camping for one night so I'll have to post late again.
