4th & 5th, Sifu LaRocque

Wednesday the 4th-
No breaky, couple coffee.
Had a clubhouse on whole wheat (no middle piece of bread) and a cup of mushroom soup for lunch.
Supper was a turkey caesar wrap and a salad with chicken and balsamic vinaigrette. Orange vitamin water.

Thursday the 5th-
No breaky (seeing a trend?), couple coffee.
Had a salmon rice bowl with sprouts and carrots, some kind of unidentified green veggie, or weed, or something for lunch. Lemonade.
Late, late supper (like 10:30 late) consisting of 2 scrambled eggs, green pepper, cheese and crumbled sausage.

I have to make a note here- I always have a coffee en route to work, then I refill once I get there. This is the couple coffee I mention. However, it is safe to say that I am sipping on coffee consistently, as I am now, and I don't really keep track of actual number of cups. Best bet would be, I dunno, maybe 3 cups a day average? 5 cups on slow days? It depends on if I'm sitting at my desk vs. running to job sites vs. working in the yard. I know, I know, bad Khona...
