This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month.
Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

Missed regular classes last couple of days attending first aid course
45 minute bike ride
15 minutes situps
1 hour total- pretty sad- I have a better plan for the next few days.
