3 slices homemade sourdough with peanut butter and honey
Green smoothie with mango, pineapple, coconut, spinach, cranberries
Soy milk latte (my roast)

Large Japanese salad (noodles, coleslaw mix, dulse flakes, almonds, ginger-soy/balsamic dressing)
Orange
Water
Supper:
Left over steak with refried beans and salsa and basmati rice
Chocolate coconut pudding (dairy-free and raw) So good!
