Sherri Donohue Day 23

Breakfast:
2 slices of sourdough with peanut butter and jam
Green smoothie with spinach, peach, nectarine, banana
Soymilk latte
Water

Lunch:
Green tea with cane sugar

Snack:
Corn flax chips with salsa
Handful of dairy-free chocolate covered almonds
2 handfuls of chipolte roasted almonds
Water with black mica

Supper:
Grilled ham and Daiya "cheese" sandwich on sourdough
Mini cucumber
Water
