This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month.
Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

March 23 - Sifu Brinker
Breakfast - two poached eggs and a whole wheat english muffin.
Lunch - veggie burger and green tea
Supper - two massive veggie burgers with cheddar cheese, a fuji apple, and steamed broccoli.
