snack: kiwi, handful of crackers and cheese, water
lunch: leftover spaghetti, water, apple
snack: free donut ( better than donuts you pay for)
dinner:salad, tofu "parmesan"- super firm tofu cut into slices, breaded with panko breadcrumbs, browned in a pan with olive oil and then topped with marinara sauce and a little mozzarella cheese- just broil until the cheese melts. this is really the only way my kids eat tofu, it tastes like pizza.
snack: sliced chorizo sausage a couple of pickles and some crackers, orange juice
