Andrea Prince day 22

breakfast: kashi granola bar, herbal tea
snack: kiwi, strawberries and a few crackers and cheese,water
lunch: 4 pieces of sushi, cup of tomato soup, whole wheat bun,water
snack: banana, vanilla smoothy thing from starbucks (no coffee),water
dinner: spaghetti, ceasar salad, water
snack: small plate of nachos with cheese and salsa, chocolate bar and water
