Sherri Donohue Day 27

Breakfast:
Soymilk latte with Trader Vic's Kona Coffee liqueur
Water

Brunch:
Raspberry pancakes with dairy-free margarine and maple syrup
1 1/2 breakfast sausages
Water with 4 drops black mica

Snack:
Bowl of red kernel popcorn with dairy-free margarine and sea salt
Water, lots of it

Supper:
Spaghetti with beef-mushroom marinara sauce and topped with Daiya Mozzarella style "cheese"
Glass of blush wine
Few green grapes
Water

Later:
Green smoothie with spinach, green apple, green grapes, mint, banana, strawberries
