Sherri Donohue Day 22

Breakfast:
1 slice sourdough with peanut butter and jam
Green smoothie with spinach, peaches, nectarines, banana, noni, mangosteen
Soymilk latte
Water

Snack:
Raw steel cut oats with almonds, bee pollen, maple syrup sugar
Water

Lunch:
1 1/2 bowls of raw "Bouquet of flavors" soup. So yummy!
Water with 3 drops of black mica

Snack:
Green smoothie with spinach, tomato, red pepper, cilantro, lime juice, salt , Frank's Hot Sauce, avocado
Piece of peanut chocolate bark
Water

Supper:
Ham, tomato, and Daiya dairy-free "cheese" sandwich on sourdough
Peanut chocolate bark
Water
