1/2 cup of vailla ice cream with mixed berries

breakfast
2 cups of water
2 pieces of rye toast ( onw ith peanut butter, the other with cheese)
1/2 cup of grapes
2 cups of weak herbal tea
1 cup of 1% milk
lunch
noodles with beef/ 1 slice of cheddar cheese
2 cups of weak coffee
2 cups of water
supper
all beef hot dog on whole wheat flat bread
potato perogies
1 cup of 1 % milk
1 cup of water
later...
1/2 cup of strawberries
1 cup of warm water
p.s. all water consumed is room temperature or warmer.
