Darcy Regier - March 17th

Breakfast
Dr. Mercola - high protein pancakes, 1/4 cup of vogurt, 1/2 cup of mixed beries
2 cups os water
2 cups of weak peppermint tea

Lunch
smoked Montreal sandwich (Costco)
2 small dill pickles
500ml iced tea

Supper
barbequed salmon
brown rice
carrots
2 cups of water

later...
2 cups of water
5 cups of lightly buttered air popped popcorn
