breakfast: granola bar, herbal tea
snack: strawberries, 5 crackers, herbal tea
lunch: vegetarian chili, apple, water
snack: muffin, water
dinner: penne with marinara sauce and turkey meatballs, ceasar salad, water
snack: toast with peanut butter, herbal tea
