brunch: 1 egg, brown toast, hashbrowns 2 pieces bacon, water
snack: apple, strawberries, banana, handful of crackers and cheese, water and a strawberry frappa something from starbucks- I did not eat this all at once... snacked throughout the day
dinner: leftover spaghetti, water
snack: popcorn, half a chocolate bar with hazelnuts, water
