Darcy Regier - March 18th

Breakfast
3 small high protein pancakes
2 cups of water
3 cups of weak peppermint tea

lunch
leftover lasagna (homemade with organic beef)
1 cup of 2% milk
2 cups of water
1 cup of herbal tea

snack
1/4 of an orange
1/2 cup of peas
1 cup of water

supper
2 pieces of breaded chicken
1 cup of oven baked french fries
3 cups of water

later...
2 cups of water
