02:00 - 1.5 cups of water

breakfast
steel cut oats with raisins, cranberries and coconut
1 cup of chai tea latte
2 cups of water

lunch
organic Mexican Quesidilla
1 cup of water
15 grams of extra dark chocolate

supper
2.5 pieces of homemade pizza
1 cup of orange/pineapple juice
2 cup of water

later...
1 cup of water
1/2 of an apple
1/2 cup of strawberries
