breakfest- A cinnamon bagel and 2 mugs of coffee
lunch- fish and fries(baked in the oven)
supper- large salad, some baby carrots, cucumber and small bowl of cashews
March 21
breakfest- bowl of shreddies and milk, a mug of coffee
lunch- 2 hot dogs with wholewheat bread and some baby carrots
supper- spaghetti with meatsauce and a small bowl of icecream
