1 cup of weak coffee
3 eggs
1/2 a piece of whole wheat toast
2 slices of well cooked bacon
500ml of orange juice
lunch
leftover meal....
1 piece of pizza
small portion of organic beef shepards pie
2 cups of water
15 grams of extra dark chocolate
supper
BLT with rye bread
2 cups of water
later...
3 cups of water
1/4 cup of grapes
