1/2 egg salad sandwich on brown, 1/2 turkey sandwich on white, 1/2 ham sandwich on brown (appreciation lunch from Nait)
2 fruit skewers (strawberry, pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew melon)
Black coffee with cane sugar

Mini Luna peanut butter bar
Supper:
Mashed potatoes
Beef/mushroom/cashew stirfry
Asparagus
Orange
