coffee break- a granola bar, peeled baby carrots and a diced pears fruitcup
lunch- a large salad, a banana and a handful of multigrain tostitos
supper- 2 hotdogs and a small bowl of cashews(unsalted)
March 17
breakfest- a bowl of honeynut cheerios and milk, a mug of coffee
coffee break- 2 granola bars and some baby carrots
lunch- 2 hotdogs, a diced peaches fruitcup, a banana and a handful of multigrain tostitos
supper- a blt subway sub on wholewheat
