This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month.
Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

Yogurt for breakfast. Donair for lunch. Orange for a snack. 2 slices homemade pizza for lunch.
March 30
Bacon and eggs for breakfast with brown toast. Cheeseburger and fries for lunch. Lasagna for dinner.
