Craig Janzen 16 & 17

Day 16
Breakfast: 4 cookies
Lunch: venti caramel machiato
Supper: 4 bowls pasta 1 glass chocolate milk

water throughout the day

Day 17
Lunch:pasta with melted butter and dill - water
Supper: pasta with sauce veggies and tuna

1/2 a beer
water throughout the day

I really need to fix my diet lately it's been pretty bad.
