Andrea Prince day 27

breakfast:granola bar, herbal tea, orange juice
lunch: grilled veggie sandwich- peppers, onions, zuchini, portabello mushrooms, tomatoes on toasted ciabatta buns, water
snack: 5 crackers with cheese- i use those little laughing cow cheese triangles- an apple with peanut butter and herbal tea
dinner: pan fried chicken marinated with sesame oil, green onions, garlic, soy sauce and honey, basmati rice and steamed broccoli and cauliflower, water
snack: half a bag of chips, 2 cookies, water
