Andrea Prince day 21

breakfast: 2 kashi granola bars, herbal tea
snack: hot chocolate, oatmeal cookie
lunch: brown rice with leftover grilled veggies mixed in, apple, water
snack: tea, cashews,banana, handful of crackers and cheese
dinner: salmon burger, sliced tomatoes and cucumbers, water
snack: 2 pieces of cinnamon toast, tea
