Sherri Donohue Day 17

Breakfast:
Raw steel cut oats with almonds, maca, cocao nibs, gogi berries, maple syrup sugar, bee pollen
Water

Lunch:
Leftover steak, refried beans, salsa and basmati rice
Carrot sticks
Orange
Chocolate coconut pudding (dairy-free and raw)
Water

Snack:
Black coffee

Supper:
Sushi from Tokyo Express in Spruce Grove (new!) Dragon's eye sushi was good! Soy sauce with enough wasabi to get the burn at the back of the head. I don't count how many pieces of sushi I eat, I just chow down.
