Monday March 14th

Breakfast - Ham, fried egg, fresh tomatoe and WW bun.  Cup of black coffee

Lunch - Redbull and a handful of sweet chili rice chips

Supper - Homemade fried rice with left over asian pork tenderloin, mushrooms, onions and garlic.

Snack - Can of coke, small hamburger and three cookies
