- Fried rice with pork and mix vegetables (left overs from day 12 again)
- Asian Pear
Supper
- Peppermint tea
- Bar-B-Q Steak, baked potato with cheddar cheese, bacon bits and sour cream, plus a salad
Through out the day consumed 3 liters of water
