Late post
Breakfast
  • Peppermint tea
  • Orange
Lunch 
  • Fried rice with pork and mix vegetables (left overs from day 12 again)
  • Asian Pear
Supper
  • Peppermint tea
  • Bar-B-Q Steak, baked potato with cheddar cheese, bacon bits and sour cream, plus a salad
Through out the day consumed 3 liters of water
