Greg Wiebe Day 16

Breakfast
  • Peppermint tea
  • Grapefruit
Lunch 
  • Bar-B-Q Steak, baked potato with cheddar cheese and bacon bits (left overs yum)
Supper
  • Peppermint tea
  • 2 grilled ham and cheddar cheese sandwiches 
Through out the day consumed 3 liters of water
