Darcy Regier - March 16th

Breakfast
English muffin with egg and cheese
1 cup of water
2 cups of peppermint tea

Later...chai tea latte

Lunch
small bowl of organic beef, with a tablespoon of homemade hot sauce and two pieces of cheddar cheese
3 cups of water
1 homemade cookie

Supper
3/4 of a barbequed chicken breast
brussel sprouts
potatoes
2 glasses of water

later...2 glasses of water
