  • Peppermint tea
  • Dish of Cottage Cheese
Lunch 
  • Roast chicken breast with jasmine rice (left overs)
Supper
  • 2 slices of pizza with added meat
  • Peppermint tea
Through out the day consumed 3 liters of water
