No breakfast.
Chicken, cheese and bacon sandwich with fries for lunch.
Egg noodles,chicken fresh veggies for dinner.
A few chips and 3 cookies for dessert.
3.2 Liters of water.
Day 11
No breakfast.
Soup and rice crackers for lunch.
Granola bar for a snack.
Leftover pizza for dinner.
A handful of "healthy" chips and 4 cookies as a snack.
