Breakfast
  • Peppermint tea
  • Dish of Pineapple
Lunch 
  • Two slices of pizza
Super
  • Soy ginger noodles with chicken (sorry no recipe)
  • Peppermint tea
Through out the day consumed 3 to 4 liters of water
